We hate it when things go wrong. We hate it so much we go out of the way to make sure they don’t. However in the unlikely event that something does, we’ve laid some ground rules so everyone knows where they stand. Rules suck but disputes suck even more so the following warranty info is an unfortunate necessity. It’s a pretty standard bicycle warranty except we offer a generous 18 months replacement/refund from date of purchase.
Your frame is covered for manufacturing defects and material faults for a period of 18 months from date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage through accident, misuse, wear and tear, neglect or alteration. Paintwork is not covered by this warranty nor is any component damage caused by the failure of one of our products. Any refurbishment, including the removal of the original paint, voids this warranty.
This warranty is only valid for the original customer and is non-transferable. A dated proof of purchase must be provided before a warranty claim is considered. Shipping of a returned frame will be compensated up to a maximum of £10 should the frame be accepted as a warranty claim.
